Description
Trustpoint.One is recruiting a Real Estate Motions Associate for our client, who is client-focused, organized, and has a team-oriented approach. This is a hybrid position and applicants must be able to commute to the office in Los Angeles 3 days a week.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in California.
- Minimum of 3+ years of real estate (landlord side) experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience focused on real estate (landlord side) litigation. Practice focused on real estate disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and complex civil litigation
- Clear understanding of the legal process, the law’s intricacies, and the court’s protocols.
- Experience with Windows Office is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication.
- Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior.
NOTE:
- The salary will be determined based on candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
