The Power of One™ .

Year in Review

It’s been a busy year at Trustpoint.One. We’ve continued on our mission to provide our clients the most complete, integrated suite of legal solutions available anywhere. We’ve acquired multiple firms, we’ve released new technologies, and we’ve made important strides into the future of legal tech with Artificial Intelligence.

Alderson

In early 2019, we finalized the acquisition of Alderson Court Reporting, one of the most venerable and respected firms in Washington D.C. In 1936, it was actually Alderson that introduced the stenotype machine, thus revolutionizing court reporting as we know it. They have a long and storied history of providing reporting services for our nation’s most important hearings, from the Warren commission through the Challenger investigation. We couldn’t be more proud to have the Alderson team as part of Trustpoint. One

Kelly & Flexible Talent

We believe the future of legal solutions will be flexible. In 2019, we acquired Kelly Legal Services, the legal division of one of the largest and most respected staffing agencies in the world. The Kelly team greatly enhances our ability to provide flexible, on-demand legal talent to our clients. They bring decades of experience in staffing every aspect of the legal market, from paralegals to high-level, specialized counsel. Now, no matter what you need, or when you need it, you know who to call.

Data-Breaches

2019 saw several more high-profile data-breaches in the corporate world. This is a trend we don’t see reversing any time soon. To keep our clients prepared, our internal technology team released BreachResponse™. This proprietary application and related workflows reduce post breach response costs by as much as 50%. In a world where a single data-breach can incur millions of dollars in notification costs alone, Trustpoint’s solutions are here to keep your legal spend as efficient as possible.

Growing Data Needs AI

Data keeps growing at an exponential rate. It used to be that data resided in a handful of known locations. Now, that number is in the dozens and trending upward. This growth of data requires a new approach to eDiscovery.

Towards the end of 2019, we bolstered our already robust eDiscovery solutions with the acquisition of certain assets from PrecisionAI. These technologies and workflows are spearheading the thrust into Artificial Intelligence based eDiscovery solutions. This solution brings our efficiency to the next level. We can now identify, process, and reduce more data, more quickly, with more accuracy. Sound good? It is.

Looking Ahead

2020 looks to be an even more exciting year at Trustpoint.One. We thank all our clients, our employees, and everyone in the Trustpoint family for making the last year such a success.  Upwards and onwards in 2020!
