Trustpoint One is pleased to partner with a business litigation law firm in its search for an established Corporate Attorney to join the Corporate and Securities practice group. The attorney will work in the Minneapolis office. Attorneys with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- Juris Doctor
- Member, in good standing, of the Minnesota bar
- Minimum of 8 years of general corporate experience
- Book of business and the ability to bring in new business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Strong commitment to client service excellence and teamwork
- Possess the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
