Trustpoint.One has partnered with a leading NYC law firm in their search for a Paralegal with strong data analyst skills. The Paralegal will be an integral part of the Firm’s Labor & Employment team and will be focused on duties that include:
Assisting Attorneys with investigations, mediations and settlements
Manage the collection, review and analysis of data for Attorneys
Summarize and report on data findings
Support clients with tasks such as the update of employee handbooks for compliance with local and state laws
Other duties as needed
The qualified Labor & Employment Paralegal will have at least 3+ years of labor and employment related experience in addition to exposure to gathering and reviewing electronic data, preparation of reports. Experience with drafting and reworking employee handbooks is a big plus. Knowledge of wage and hour laws is also a strong plus. Top-notch Microsoft Office skills and strong research capabilities with platforms such as Westlaw are required.
